Buyer Information
  • We will set you up on an automatic email search; you will receive new listings that meet your criteria 48 hours before they actually reach the public MLS System.  These listings will include a street address.  Thus giving you the option to drive by if you wish.
  • If something catches your eye, we will arrange an appointment for you to view the property or obtain additional information for you. 
  • When you do find the property that meets your criteria, we will prepare an OFFER on your behalf.  Colleen will provide you with advice and guidance with regards to price and terms, also including all the details that will protect your best interests.
  • Negotiating is a key component.  Colleen will work on your behalf to obtain the price and terms favorable to you.
  • We will share with you any necessary information which we have regarding the Sellers; reasons for selling, degree of motivation to get their home sold, amount of flexibility in price, closing dates, etc.,
  • We will guide and prepare you for what to expect from a Building and or Septic Inspection. 
  • We will provide you with names of Lawyers, Financial Lenders and Building Inspectors, all of which come highly recommended through personal experience and from other clients who were satisfied with their service.
  • We will arrange to have all the appropriate documentation forwarded to your lawyer and financial institution. We will do our utmost to provide due diligence prior to your completion date.
